Student Leadership Team

The Student Leadership Team is open to ALL year groups. All students are invited to apply to join the Student Leadership Team. There are a number of different roles available, with job descriptions available further down this page, and students are invited to submit their application via the form below. Following the application process, selected students will be invited to an interview.

Leadership roles will be available in the following eight categories:

• Attendance
• Behaviour
• Curriculum
• Diversity
• Enrichment
• Finance
• Literacy
• Wellbeing

One student per year group will be selected to fulfil each of the Student Leadership roles. They will be given specific duties to fulfil throughout the year, including attending Governors meetings, liaising with Year Teams, Heads of Department and members of SLT, and presenting in Assemblies. Attendance at Student Leadership Conferences (meetings) will be compulsory. There will be one Student Leadership Conference per half term, with a specific Student Leaders meeting (for example, the Attendance Leaders).

Students will receive training, which can be included on their CVs, Personal Statements and Letters of Application in the future.
