We all work together at Cowley International College to help with any problems you may have in or out of school.
If you wish to report something, please use the Sharp system. You don’t have to leave your details if you don’t want to, but it helps if you do. Only the school Police Officer has access to your details/message.
Help Advice Reporting Page System (SHARP)
SHARP is an easy way to report these concerns.
Possible examples of concerns are:
- You are being bullied
- You are concerned about someone else being bullied
- You are feeling unhappy at school
- You are feeling stressed at exam time
- You are concerned about crime in your community
- You are concerned about someone else’s safety
- You or a friend are unhappy at home
You will have the option of sending a report from a computer or smartphone.
You will also be given a choice about including your name and details or sending an anonymous report. It is easier to follow up your concerns if you give us your name. We will deal with your concern in a way which will protect your identity if this is necessary.
What happens when you make a report using the Report button?
Your concerns will be passed on to the relevant person(s).
If your concern is about a crime that has taken place outside the school, we will contact our neighbourhood police officer.
How quickly will someone contact you?
Your report will be followed up within 24-48 hours and sooner if it is urgent. However, please remember that this helpline is only in operation on school days.
This is not an emergency service but if you need immediate help outside of school hours please contact
Childline: http://www.childline.org.uk/ or telephone 0800 1111
