Dear Parent/Carer,
I wish to share with you the details of the Year 11 GCSE Results Day that will take place on Thursday 24th August 2023 at Cowley Sixth Form College.
All students will be allocated a time to collect their GCSE’s depending on their surname. Please see timings below:

| 9:00am | E-H |
| 9:30am | J-L |
| 10:00am | M-R |
| 10:30am | S-Z |
At their specified time, students will enter the Cowley Sixth Form building via the lower C wing entrance. This entrance will be clearly signposted. Students will only be able to enter at their specific time so the flow of students can be managed.
The students will collect their results from one of the sixth form classrooms. We encourage all students to open their results whilst in the college building so they can quickly receive independent advice and guidance if required. Once GCSE results are collected, students will follow a one-way system into Cowley Hall where they can complete their Cowley Sixth Form College enrolment.
