Working Together – Open Communication Matters to Cowley

At Cowley, we believe that strong relationships with our families are built on open, honest communication. If you ever have a concern or something you’d like to discuss, we encourage you to get in touch with us as early as possible—ideally by giving us a call.

Speaking with us directly means we can:

  • Understand your perspective straight away
  • Work together to find a practical solution
  • Often resolve matters faster and more informally than through a written process

 

We have dedicated Year Teams, College Managers, and staff focusing on wellbeing and attendance, so your call can be directed to the team best placed to help. This means your concerns can be addressed quickly by someone who understands the context and can support you effectively.

We are always happy to listen and aim to respond to phone calls with the same care and attention as any formal communication. Of course, if something cannot be resolved through conversation, we will guide you through the next steps, including the formal complaints procedure if needed.

Our aim is to work in partnership with you, so that together we continue to support the very best for your child.
