Market your enterprise digitally

23 November 10am – 2.30pm

Digital touchpoints are electronic interactions that take place between a brand and its consumers along the buying journey, from first discovery to follow-up after a sale.

They involve different types of devices and channels and are becoming an ever-increasing necessity in a world of information overload. Students create an infographic for a SME of their choice to showcase how they can effectively communicate their business to their target market via a digital touchpoint journey.
