KPMG’s apprenticeship programmes are open for applications!

For those looking to start their professional career, joining KPMG as an apprentice means being part of a team of inspiring colleagues who bring fresh ideas and curiosity to work that really matters.

We value our apprentices and recognise the vital part they play in the future of our firm. Those who join us will be encouraged to bring their unique perspective and showcase their ideas. Many of our senior leaders started their careers this way, and each one of our colleagues will be passionate about guiding our new apprentices on their own career journey.

About our apprenticeship experience

Our programmes offer apprentices the opportunity to work across different industries and are designed for those who have, or are about to, finish School or College – and span areas such as Audit, Software Engineering, KPMG Law and Data & Analytics.

At KPMG, our apprentices gain valuable work experience, develop core skills and will be supported in their study towards fully funded professional qualifications and accreditations – all whilst earning a salary.

Our diverse employee support networks, clubs and learning community help our apprentices to develop connections and build new friendships, not just for today, but for their career ahead. There are also plenty of opportunities for them to get involved in volunteering, so they’ll be encouraged to make a difference at work and outside of the office too.

When apprentices join us, they’ll take part in a virtual induction week – an introduction to our firm, and a way for them to meet their peers, build valuable connections and feel a part of our community from day one.

We’ll support them in their transition to the workplace too; providing them with a buddy, performance manager, access new joiner forums and range of learning opportunities which will allow them to shape their own development. We’re also investing in workplace tools and technologies that enable us to collaborate and stay connected whether we’re working at home, in our offices or at engagement sites.
